Beverley RUFC has been awarded a new partnership grant with Beverley Town Council worth £3000 per annum for the next three years, extending the partnership that was established three years ago, and providing much needed funds towards sustaining our operations.
Brian Gilbert, Chairman of the Beavers commented “This is excellent news and very much deserved. Not everybody gets the grants that they apply for because they have to demonstrate to the Council that they are enriching the lives of the local community people, something we do through rugby but also because of the good work that we do with so many different local partnerships that are now regularly using our facilities. It was in recognition of that work with community organisations that has earned us this grant.”
The club would like to thank the Beverly Town Council for the award and looks forward to continuing the relationship which has prospered over the last three years.
