Macca, Craig Hancock, Dave Worrall, Steve Girking, Kris Renwick and Phil DuBoulay are all former Beverley RUFC players who understand the values, culture and ambitions of the club. Rob Vickerman adds a wealth of elite-level experience through his work within our Minis and Juniors section, having enjoyed a distinguished professional career and captained the England Sevens team
A key strength of this coaching setup is the continued alignment between our senior and age- grade sections. All members of the coaching team also hold coaching roles across our Minis, Juniors and Colts sections, helping to strengthen the player pathway at Beverley RUFC and ensure consistency in coaching and player development throughout the club.
Together, this coaching group is committed to developing players at every level and creating a clear, sustainable pathway from junior rugby through to the senior game.
