Henry Fenn had an outstanding morning ruined when the Beavers match against Morley was abandoned as tensions rose at Beaver Park.
Fenn had demonstrated his extraordinary finishing ability scoring four and creating the fifth try with Beverley leading 31-14 when the match was called off.
The first was an excellent finish collecting a low pass before skipping in between two defenders to touch down; his second and third examples of his blistering pace, running through the heart of Morleys defence before finally being in the right place at the right time to support skipper Sam Bayes who had stripped the ball in the opposition 22.
In between another Fenn quickstep from halfway had set up Brad Cook to score.
The match had been close, 19-17 at half time with ultimately Fenn being the only difference between the sides.
Sadly players from both sides then proceeded to let themselves and their clubs down, failing to channel their emotions appropriately and leave the coaches with no choice but to bring the game to an early conclusion.
